Haryana Roadways: Once again the roadways employees are going to agitate, many demands have been going on for a long time.

Some time ago, the online transfer policy was implemented in the Haryana Roadways Department, which did not work in the interest of the employees, instead of the home depot, the employees have been sent further away from home, due to which the employees are angry when the talks were held with the government a few days back. In that, the government had agreed to 32 demands. But except for the demand of one more time, none of the demands were fulfilled, in protest of this, on June 26, 2023, the unions of Haryana Roadways have announced a chakka jam and protest.

In the talks held with the government last days, an agreement was made regarding 32 demands of roadways summer, out of which only one demand has been fulfilled and no action has been taken on 31 demands, that is why Mr. Moolchand Sharma in Faridabad on June 11, 2023 They are going to gherao the Transport Minister’s residence and have announced to block the whole of Haryana on 26th June.

Haryana Roadways made major demands from the government of all unions

• Pay grade of conductor and clerk should be increased.
• All buses should be included in the government fleet by discontinuing the kilometer scheme policy within Haryana Roadways
• Office policy should be reintroduced in place of NPS scheme.
• The drivers who were employed inside the roadways in the year 2016 should be confirmed.
• All the government benefits should be given to the employees who are doing this under contract in the HREC of Haryana Roadways.
• The fare in the e-ticketing machine should be done in round figures so that there is no quarrel with the voices over open money.
• Apart from this, there are many demands of the union.
